Visitor Pass Systems from Adelaide Business Forms
Knock, knock⦠Who's there?
Do you keep a record of visitors to your site?
Do you know when they arrived, where they are, who they are, who they are visiting and when they leave your site?
Do your visitors know the emergency procedures of your site?
Are your visitors easily identified by your staff ?
The control of visitors within companies is often seen as a decentralised function that devolves responsibility to the person being visited. However the reality of the situation is that it is your corporate responsibility to ensure the safety and privacy of all visitors and that adherence to your standards of safety, confidentiality and evacuation procedures is communicated to all visitors and contract staff on your premises.
The Kalamazoo Visitors Pass system from ABF is ideal for businesses of all sizes, and complies with:
• Occupational Health and Safety Act 1991.
• The Privacy Act.
• The Evacuation of Buildings Regulations.
Using Kalamazoo's visitor books your visitors will be managed swiftly through your reception area, whilst creating a professional 'first impression'.

For a mere few cents per visitor the Kalamazoo Visitor Pass system can ensure your organisation peace of mind when dealing with visitors.
How it works
Principally the system involves a paper pass which the visitor retains whilst on your premises.
To sign in a Visitor, the top line of the pass is completed, together with the information to the right hand side of the pass. The passes are produced on carbonless paper, so that the register is automatically compiled as the visitor completes the information on the Visitor Pass. The pass can then be easily detached from it being perforated, placed in a clear plastic, clip-on holder (supplied for this purpose) and worn by the Visitor.
On leaving, the Visitor will return the pass and holder to security/reception when the time out column is completed.
There is also a privacy sheet on the system, which makes it impossible for other visitors to look at the book and discern the names and information of prior visitors, this is very important in terms of protecting privacy.
Some of the benefits of the visitor books:
• A quick and effective method of communicating terms of visit.
• Quick and simple to operate.
• Ensures your organisation complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1991 (employers will always owe a duty of care to employees, contractors and visitors to their sites).
• Allows your organisation to portray a professional image to visitors.
• The security sheet ensures that all visitors information is kept secret and hidden from other guests signing in.
• Provides an up-to-date and permanent log of visitors visiting your site.
• Produces a clearly visible ID pass that may be easily identified by your staff at all times.
• Easily portable in case of emergency
